What you'll do
- Hire, train, evaluate, and support Residential Supervisors
- review records, inspect facilities, audit participant funds, and conduct program reviews
- guide development and implementation of treatment and person-centered plans
- assist with recruiting, supervising, and training Direct Support Professionals
- liaise with state agencies
- provide staff training
- review and finalize incident, restraint, medication, and other reports
- ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance
- provide rotational weekend and evening emergency on-call coverage
- report suspected abuse or neglect as a mandated reporter.
