What you'll do

• Lead advisor development and track strategic measures
• conduct individual and group coaching
• build and deliver onboarding and education for Associate Financial Advisors
• lead accountability sessions
• use goals, performance data, and observation to identify gaps and create action plans
• improve training programs
• coordinate advisor and analyst development
• coach client conversations, planning, protection strategies, implementation, and relationship management
• coordinate licensing and credentialing
• report progress to senior leadership
• travel to practice locations and team-development events as needed.
