Test Engineer

The Test Engineer role is onsite in Kent, WA, and full-time. Compensation is $89,000–$115,000 per year. The engineer owns test methodology across standard products and custom builds, producing test results that validate product performance and inform engineering design decisions. The role develops and executes test plans, analyzes data, and maintains safe testing procedures and equipment.

What you'll do

• Define, develop, and document test plans for products and custom units
• execute factory acceptance, high-pressure, performance, feasibility, and validation testing
• confirm product capability against design requirements and applicable codes
• analyze test data and report findings to engineering
• support design changes based on results
• establish safe test procedures and maintain lab equipment and data acquisition systems.
