The Cook – Part-Time, Weekend Schedule role is onsite at the Alaska Airlines Training Center in Renton, WA, with compensation of $23–$25 per hour. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Eurest provides foodservice at the training center. The cook prepares and serves food to established standards, maintains safe food handling and kitchen cleanliness, and supports meal production and service schedules.

What you'll do

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and schedules
• portion and serve meals at appropriate temperatures
• maintain service records
• clean and organize kitchen and storage areas
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• assist with production planning, ordering, and receiving
• follow HACCP and safety procedures.
