The Nurse Practitioner – Wound Care role is onsite in Sayre, PA, with an annual salary of $125,000–$175,000. The position supports the established wound care team at Guthrie Center for Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine at Robert Packer Hospital, in collaboration with Korzen Health, Healogics, and Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital. The Nurse Practitioner evaluates and treats patients with acute and chronic wounds, providing ongoing outpatient management and follow-up. Through procedures, patient and family education, and coordination with the clinical team, the role contributes to continuity of care and treatment of complex wounds.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with acute and chronic wounds and develop treatment plans
• perform wound assessments and appropriate bedside procedures, including debridement
• provide ongoing wound management and follow-up
• use advanced wound care therapies and modalities as clinically appropriate
• coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
• maintain clinical documentation and follow protocols
• educate patients and families on wound prevention, treatment, and ongoing care.
