Patient Services Specialist

What you'll do

• Greet and check in patients
• manage incoming calls, messages, and inquiries
• schedule appointments, referrals, and follow-ups
• assist with insurance verification and prior authorizations
• support communication between patients and providers
• update and maintain accurate EHR information
• keep the front desk organized and patient-ready.
