What you'll do

• Prepare meals and items for later service
• maintain food appearance, quality, and portioning
• clean kitchen equipment and work areas
• follow FDA, USDA, state, and county food-handling procedures
• document temperatures, meal counts, and production
• interact respectfully with patients and coworkers
• follow the four-week cycle menu and assist with seasonal changes.
