Life Enrichment Assistant

The Life Enrichment Assistant role is an onsite position in Healdsburg, CA. Pay is $22–$26 per hour. The role supports Enso Village, a Zen-inspired senior living community serving adults 60+, across Memory Care, Assisted Living, and Independent Living. The assistant helps create and deliver person-centered activities that foster residents’ joy, purpose, connection, and well-being. Through activity facilitation, individual engagement, and collaboration with care teams, the role supports residents’ participation, dignity, and quality of life.

What you'll do

• Assist with planning and implementing daily activities
• lead or co-facilitate group and one-on-one programs
• escort residents to activities
• support events and outings
• maintain calendars and supplies
• collaborate with interdisciplinary staff and volunteers
• observe and communicate changes in residents’ participation, mood, or abilities
• document attendance and engagement
• and follow safety and infection-control protocols.
