Parts Manager – Collision Repair

What you'll do

• Order and source collision repair parts
• track parts from initial order through vehicle delivery
• verify incoming parts for accuracy and damage
• identify incorrect or missing parts
• manage OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and reconditioned parts
• monitor backorders and vendor delays
• handle returns, credits, invoices, and warranty issues
• coordinate with estimators, technicians, and production
• maintain an organized parts department and resolve parts issues.
