What you'll do

• Review client drawings, reports, and maintenance records
• visually inspect building systems and equipment, including normal and emergency power, lighting, vertical conveyance, and low-voltage systems
• evaluate conditions against client standards and applicable codes
• consult client facilities staff
• document findings and photographs using mobile tools
• develop replacement and corrective cost estimates
• enter findings in asset management and capital planning software
• perform quality assurance and respond to client inquiries.
