What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day business operations and translate strategy into priorities and measurable results
• oversee customer orders from entry through production or distribution, fulfillment, shipment, and invoicing
• improve workflows, reporting, tools, and internal controls
• partner with manufacturing leadership on production, capacity, inventory, and customer requirements
• oversee finished-goods inventory, warehousing, shipping, and order fulfillment
• develop employees and functional leaders and establish clear expectations and accountability.
