What you'll do

• Lead Agile transformation strategy and execution
• maintain the Agile playbook and program documentation
• report progress and provide data-driven insights
• implement team maturity assessments and coaching plans
• monitor Agile Coach and Scrum Master effectiveness
• promote consistent Agile practices
• align team outputs with business outcomes
• establish governance, stakeholder engagement rhythms, risk management, and resource management
• assess program effectiveness and recommend adaptations.
