What you'll do

• Sell on the floor and deliver Fit2Run’s Fit process
• provide product knowledge, gait analysis, and recommendations
• coach team members
• serve as Leader on Duty
• support onboarding and training
• execute opening and closing procedures
• maintain cleanliness and visual standards
• assist with scheduling, timekeeping, inventory, merchandising, and store events.
