What you'll do

• drive census growth, retention, quality outcomes, and facility performance
• review budgets, labor, and operational metrics
• ensure regulatory compliance
• partner with clinical, HR, recruitment, business development, and finance teams
• support surveys and plans of correction
• conduct regular facility visits
• assist with Administrator recruitment and development.
