What you'll do

• Create individualized research-based client programs
• analyze progress and update programs
• conduct parent training and progress updates
• supervise RBTs
• implement treatment plans under BCBA direction
• record client responses
• assist with assessments and treatment-plan updates
• support behavior technician training
• gather treatment-fidelity data
• conduct direct therapy
• write SOAP notes
• complete end-of-day cleaning.

Why this role
