• Assist service technicians and the supervisor with laboratory equipment installation, service, and repair. Diagnose, repair, maintain, calibrate, and certify equipment
• track equipment received for repair

• provide first-level phone support
• document service calls in Salesforce
• and follow decontamination and safety procedures.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or an associate degree in biomedical equipment repair or equivalent, at least one year of customer service experience, and at least one year performing similar technician duties. A valid driver's license and passport are required; the posting also states availability for holidays, weekends, irregular schedules, overtime, and travel within and outside Puerto Rico.
