What you'll do

• Direct, schedule, and oversee first-shift forging personnel
• train, coach, and manage performance
• monitor production targets, quality, and equipment
• enforce safety policies and conduct safety checks
• coordinate with Quality Control and Engineering on nonconformances
• collaborate across departments
• support root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• recommend process improvements
• maintain records and reports.
