What you'll do

• Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire-protection, and building automation systems
• perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• update work orders and maintenance records
• respond to service calls and emergencies, including some after-hours/on-call support
• support facility projects and onsite vendor coordination
• track supplies
• follow safety protocols
• mentor junior technicians.
