Accounts Receivable Analyst

The Accounts Receivable Analyst works on a hybrid schedule based at the West Los Angeles, CA office, with in-office work Monday–Wednesday and remote work optional Thursday and Friday. Compensation is $26–$31 per hour. The role supports Wonderful Pistachios, part of The Wonderful Company, which grows, processes, and markets pistachios and other consumer brands. The analyst manages collections, deductions, and account reconciliations to support accurate and timely accounts receivable. The role works with customers, sales, trade management, and internal departments to resolve payment issues, maintain records, and support cash application and audit requests.

What you'll do

• Make collection calls and send customer correspondence
• monitor accounts for delayed or missing payments
• send statements and invoice copies
• process and dispute chargebacks
• coordinate compliance procedures
• compile dispute documentation
• process receipts
• reconcile accounts
• assist with cash application
