What you'll do

• Prepare dishes at an assigned station
• follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards
• process food tickets accurately
• maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization
• assist with prep, stocking, and kitchen setup
• coordinate with front- and back-of-house teams
• and complete tasks assigned by chefs and sous chefs.
