What you'll do

• Monitor maintenance staff, schedules, on-call availability, and duties
• coordinate apartment make-ready and service-request schedules
• evaluate work-order completion
• schedule preventive maintenance
• inspect market-ready apartments
• maintain required property permits
• assist with hazardous weather and other property issues
• supervise outside contractors with the Community Manager
• coordinate resident service requests
• arrange staff safety and skills training
• monitor the maintenance budget and order supplies.
