What you'll do

• Coordinate with Catering Sales before events on room setup, timelines, and client expectations
• lead pre-function meetings
• supervise catering servers and bartenders
• follow event checklists
• train employees on food and beverage standards
• monitor functions and communicate with kitchen staff
• resolve or refer guest complaints
• settle event checks and submit them to Accounting
• manage linen orders and returns
• ensure cleanup and secure alcohol
• complete post-event reports, bank drops, summaries, and monthly beverage and equipment inventory.
