What you'll do

• Provide leadership support to the Manager on Duty
• maintain customer service standards during high-volume operations
• communicate with management and team members
• greet customers and take orders
• assign daily shift duties
• oversee pre-close functions
• manage register counts, cash, coupons, and reports
• follow waste tracking and food and labor cost practices
• upsell products
• support safe food preparation
• assist with inventory and stock ordering
• resolve complaints
• cross-train team members
• prepare menu items and maintain workstations.
