What you'll do

• Wash pots, pans, trays, and silverware
• remove trash
• sweep and mop floors
• clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other surfaces
• transfer and restock supplies
• collect room-service and bar trays
• maintain temperature logs and organize coolers
• bus tables
• help line cooks prep, store, and date food.
