Putnam Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 160-bed Skilled Nursing Facility hiring a *PRN/Per-Diem * Occupational Therapist, (OT) to join our growing rehabilitation team. Our PRN Occupational Therapist, OT will work closely with other rehabilitation staff and the interdisciplinary care team to help residents improve activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, and independence.
