Construction Manager

What you'll do

• Review project assignments and define scopes
• collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers
• prepare requests for proposals and evaluate bids
• present budgets and recommendations
• negotiate contracts and manage change orders
• manage permits and utility coordination
• maintain schedules and monitor job-site progress, workmanship, and code compliance
• coordinate unit turnovers
• track costs, funding, invoices, and payments
• maintain project records and report progress to property owners.
