What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• help with laundry, meal preparation, and basic cleaning
• provide companionship and emotional support
• follow the care plan
• observe and report changes
• provide medication and appointment reminders as permitted
• document visits and follow HIPAA, infection-control, safety, and state requirements.
