The Director, Talent Acquisition role is hybrid in Charlotte, NC, with office attendance a few days each week; base pay is $125,000–$190,000 per year. The role leads recruiting for Ally's Bank and Enterprise Functions businesses. As a strategic talent advisor and member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, the director develops recruiting strategy, leads managers and recruiters, and uses workforce insights to improve hiring outcomes. The work ensures the businesses can attract and select talent aligned with current priorities and future capability needs.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop Talent Acquisition managers and recruiters supporting more than 1,000 internal and external hires annually
• build recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce plans
• advise senior leaders and HR partners on talent markets and hiring needs
• oversee recruiting delivery, performance, and service quality
• lead select confidential executive searches and coach recruiters on senior hiring
• use analytics and market intelligence to improve outcomes
• drive governance, capacity planning, compliance, process discipline, and continuous improvement
• travel 10% of the time.
