What you'll do
- Conduct risk-need profiles and clinical assessments
- develop treatment recommendations
- provide clinically informed case management and community referrals
- coordinate care and monitor treatment mandates
- prepare written treatment updates
- participate in case conferences
- support compliance and re-engagement
- facilitate or develop psychoeducational groups
- attend court as needed
- provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
