What you'll do

• Prep cooks follow chef-prepared lists, label and stock ingredients, wash and prepare food, measure ingredients, monitor storage and temperatures, maintain sanitation, and assist chefs.
• Dishwashers care for the dish machine and maintain clean dishware, utensils, and cookware throughout the shift.
