The Lead Full Stack Engineer, Enterprise AI Platform role is hybrid in New York, NY. Compensation is $200,000–$250,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits. The role supports development of an AI-first platform intended to amplify company intelligence and enable faster, smarter decisions. This hands-on technical leader builds shared backend, data, and frontend foundations as well as end-to-end AI-powered product experiences. The role partners with Product, Design, Data, DevOps, and Security to deliver secure, reliable, user-centered applications and to guide other engineers.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver end-to-end product experiences
• build backend services, data models, APIs, and frontend features
• define shared domain abstractions and event-driven architectures
• implement access controls, search, and AI/ML integrations
• shape frontend architecture and shared UI components
• improve reliability, scalability, performance, testing, and observability
• improve developer experience
• collaborate with DevOps and Security
• mentor engineers through reviews and technical guidance.
