Mental Health Assistant

Job overview

The Mental Health Assistant role is onsite across home, community, and office settings in Howell, MI. Compensation is $19.37–$22.27 per hour based on experience. Livingston County Community Mental Health provides public mental health services to county residents. Under a lead clinician’s guidance, the assistant supports adults with serious mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorders in accessing community resources. The role helps people pursue housing, employment, medical care, transportation, recreation, financial benefits, and other available entitlements.

• Provide supportive community services under clinical and program supervision
