What you'll do

• Oversee and coordinate mechanical projects from start to completion
• manage direct-hire and subcontracted labor
• ensure efficient use of manpower, materials, and equipment
• enforce safety protocols
• develop project execution plans with the project team
• monitor progress and anticipate cost or schedule impacts
• develop close-out and turnover plans
• prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
