The Landscape Maintenance Foreman / Driver role is onsite in San Antonio, FL. Compensation is $22–$28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The role is part of Steadfast Alliance’s Landscape Maintenance department. This hands-on field leader supervises and works alongside landscape crews, coordinating daily work and maintaining safe, efficient, high-quality service for clients and properties. The foreman also supports crew development and communicates job-site needs and updates to management.

What you'll do

• Supervise and direct daily crew activities
• assign tasks and coach team members
• monitor productivity, workmanship, and job-site cleanliness
• serve as the on-site contact for customers and property representatives
• perform landscape maintenance and installation
• install and remove plant material, sod, mulch, and landscape improvements
• operate equipment safely
• enforce safety policies and PPE use
• inspect equipment and report job-site issues.
