What you'll do

• Prepare and serve menu-based meals
• read and follow recipes
• measure ingredients and use appropriate cooking methods
• supervise kitchen residents and report residents who leave the program
• evaluate resident performance and document incidents
• defrost food, clean equipment, secure knives, and follow sanitation, safety, and closing procedures.
