What you'll do

• Lead and assist with daily production line operations
• set up and operate case sealers, label machines, and manual assembly stations
• ensure product labeling, date coding, and packaging
• troubleshoot production challenges and reduce waste
• guide team members and maintain workflow
• enforce GMP and food safety requirements
• assist with shift schedules and attendance tracking
• coach employees
• assist with equipment setup and minor adjustments
• maintain production reports
• identify process improvements and safety hazards
• collaborate with quality assurance, safety, warehouse, and maintenance teams.
