Job overview
The Journeyman HVAC Team Lead role is in person in Columbia, MD. Pay is $38–$48 per hour. Jetson’s mission is to help move homes away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use through home electrification. The team lead installs heat pump systems, guides a less experienced technician, and works with engineering teams to improve equipment and installation processes for residential electrification.
What you'll do
- Remove existing HVAC equipment
- install and test heat pump systems
- perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and replacing filters
- follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes
- collaborate with technicians and engineering teams
- address customer questions
- train team members on equipment and installation procedures.
