What you'll do

• Serve as the main contact for owners, engineers, and architects
• oversee project decisions, estimating, preconstruction, contracts, pay applications, cost controls, and project documentation
• coordinate field decisions, schedules, deliveries, logistics, quality, and staffing with the Superintendent
• oversee safety requirements, inspections, trade partners, QA/QC, reporting, and project closeout
• manage project data in Procore.
