What you'll do

• Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries and reconciliations
• assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
• support accounts payable and receivable
• reconcile bank and credit card transactions
• process expenses and reimbursements
• maintain QuickBooks records
• prepare Excel reports
• track budgets and project finances
• research discrepancies
• assist with audits, tax documentation, and compliance requests
• use AI-powered tools to streamline accounting processes.
