Senior Caregiver — In-Home Care

The Senior Caregiver — In-Home Care role is onsite in San Jose, CA, serving private home-care clients in the Santa Clara/San Jose area. Compensation is $22–$25 per hour. Boundless Care is building a roster of experienced caregivers to respond to client care needs as they arise. The caregiver provides individualized personal care and support that helps clients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence at home. Duties may include assistance with daily activities, mobility, meals, medication directions, monitoring, companionship, and communication with families and the care coordination team.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed. Administer medications as directed, monitor and document vital signs, implement individualized care plans, maintain care logs, and report incidents. Provide companionship, light housekeeping, and communication with clients, families, and the coordination team.
