The Oilfield Cement Equipment Operator & Driver role is onsite in Midland, TX. Pay is $19.50–$27 per hour, with overtime paid as applicable; housing, mileage reimbursement, and a $30-per-day per diem are described. The role supports active drilling and completion operations. The operator runs, monitors, and maintains cementing equipment during well cementing jobs, helping execute cementing operations safely and according to job design. The position also supports equipment setup, field troubleshooting, and accurate job documentation.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor cement units, high-pressure pumps, mixing systems, and bulk equipment
• perform inspections, pressure tests, and function checks
• mix, transfer, and pump cement slurry while controlling density, volume, and pressure
• communicate operating parameters to the supervisor and crew
• maintain and troubleshoot equipment
• assist with loading, unloading, rig-up, and rig-down
• maintain job tickets and equipment records
• follow safety policies and participate in safety meetings.
