What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as needed under client-specific care plans
• prepare meals and snacks according to dietary preferences and restrictions
• perform light housekeeping
• provide companionship and emotional support
• communicate with clients and families in English
• escort clients to appointments, errands, and activities as needed
• and maintain records of care, medication, and observed changes in health or behavior.

Why this role
