The role contributes to client matters while developing a real estate finance practice with mentorship from experienced attorneys.

What you'll do

• Assist with drafting and negotiating loan agreements, notes, mortgages, deeds of trust, guaranties, security agreements, and other financing documents
• support acquisition financing, construction financing, refinancing, due diligence, and transaction closings
• coordinate closing documents and deliverables
• manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
