Job overview

The Extrusion Press Team Member role is onsite in Leetonia, OH. Pay is $19.50 per hour, with a $1.50-per-hour night shift differential. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m., with a future transition to 12-hour shifts and alternating weekends. Pennex produces aluminum cast products and extrusions. The team member sets up and operates an aluminum extrusion press, monitors production and product quality, and maintains equipment. The work supports safe, efficient production of aluminum products and finished components.

What you'll do

• Set up the extrusion press and tooling
• load and verify materials
• operate and monitor the press
• inspect products for defects
• perform routine equipment maintenance and minor troubleshooting
• follow safety protocols
• monitor production output
• maintain production records
• and report issues to the foreman or lead person.
