The position supports T47 International’s Department of Homeland Security Federal Protective Service contract at Redstone Arsenal. The role helps ensure contract compliance, operational readiness, personnel accountability, and effective training for the security workforce. It combines quality assurance oversight with development and delivery of security and firearms training.

What you'll do

• Monitor contractor performance against contract and Statement of Work requirements
• inspect personnel, equipment, uniforms, and readiness
• verify attendance, staffing, post coverage, and schedule compliance
• maintain quality assurance records
• audit licenses and certifications
• verify firearms qualification records
• document findings and recommend corrective actions
• develop and deliver security and firearms training
• maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
