What you'll do

• Lead commercial strategy for an assigned hotel cluster
• drive top-line revenue across market segments
• partner on pricing, demand, forecasting, and displacement decisions
• develop sales and marketing strategies
• monitor production and budget pace
• identify market trends and cross-selling opportunities
• recruit, coach, and develop sales professionals
• maintain key account relationships and pursue new business
• participate in revenue strategy meetings
• maintain sales reporting and CRM records
• support hotel openings, conversions, and acquisitions as assigned.
