What you'll do

• Provide senior technical leadership across complex event programs.
• Mentor and support Technical Directors.
• Develop senior-level client relationships.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to develop event designs and production plans.
• Review and validate technical drawings, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee onsite installation and system optimization.
