The attorney independently manages business and transactional matters from drafting through negotiation and completion, including private M&A, corporate structuring, tax, land use, and real estate work. The role also collaborates with firm leadership on complex matters and practice growth, coordinating with litigation colleagues when disputes arise.

What you'll do

• Manage transactional matters from initial drafting through negotiation and completion, including contracts, buy-sell agreements, and corporate structuring
• lead small-to-mid-sized private M&A matters through diligence, deal structuring, and closing
• advise clients on tax structuring, land use entitlements, zoning, and real estate transactions
• collaborate with firm leadership on complex matters and practice growth
• coordinate with litigation colleagues when disputes arise.
