What you'll do

• Make outbound resolution calls using early-delinquency reports
• mail loss-mitigation documents, notices of default or breach letters, and late notices
• determine loss-mitigation pre-qualifications
• follow consumer, mortgage, investor, and company requirements
• maintain confidential information and accurate collection records
• for senior-level duties, train specialists, report delinquent loans, coordinate modification requests, communicate with investors, and provide reports to management.
