What you'll do

• Lead and grow the practice across people, offerings, delivery standards, and market positioning
• improve consulting methods and technical standards
• recruit, develop, coach, and retain consultants and technical leaders
• oversee client engagements
• promote maintainable, secure, scalable solutions and modern engineering practices
• use delivery and business metrics to drive improvement
• shape applied AI approaches with the CTO
• guide practical AI use cases and responsible AI adoption
• partner with data and cloud leaders
• support sales pursuits and proposals
• advise senior client stakeholders
• package practice offerings
• and contribute to thought leadership.
